How it works
From upload to parcel it is four steps. The only one that takes time is the print itself.
Upload the file
Drop an STL or OBJ into the calculator. The browser computes size, volume and price. Files up to 100 MB, larger ones by email.
Choose settings
Material, layer height, infill, quantity. If unsure: PLA, 0.20 mm, 30 % is right for most parts.
Request the quote
You enter an email address. We check the file (wall thickness, units, closed surfaces) and confirm the price within 24 hours.
Print, then pickup or shipping
After payment we print within 3–5 working days, express in 24–48 hours. DHL with tracking number or pickup in Prenzlauer Berg.
What we check before printing
Every file goes through the same check, whether it is one piece or a hundred. We look at walls under 0.8 mm, open surfaces, overlapping bodies, the file's units and overhangs beyond 60° that need supports. Small things we repair for free. If the price changes by more than 10 %, we ask first.
What happens to your file
The file sits on our own server in Germany. We do not pass it on, upload it anywhere or use it for anything but your order. Six months after delivery we delete it, so you can reorder in the meantime without uploading again. On request we delete it right after delivery.
What you hold at the end
A part without support remnants, with deburred edges and no stringing. Visible faces go on top or outside where the geometry allows. The underside shows the texture of the build plate, slightly structured and matte. If a particular face must be the visible one, say so in the notes.

Payment
PayPal, credit card, bank transfer. Business customers on invoice from the second order. The invoice with VAT shown arrives by email.
