Withdrawal notice
For consumers. There is no right of withdrawal for custom parts made from your files; until printing starts you can cancel free of charge.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision of the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). 3D prints made from your files and settings fall under this.
Cancellation
Until printing starts you can cancel the order free of charge by email to hello@brandform.org. Amounts already paid are refunded within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal for prefabricated goods
Where we exceptionally supply prefabricated goods, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise the right you must inform us (Mensch Creative GmbH, Fröbelstraße 11c, 10405 Berlin, hello@brandform.org) by an unequivocal statement of your decision.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
