General terms and conditions
For all orders via 3ddruckberlin.org. Status September 2026. The German version is authoritative.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts between Mensch Creative GmbH ("we") and customers for the production of parts by 3D printing from customer data.
2. Quote and conclusion of contract
The instant price on the website is a non-binding estimate. After checking the file we send a binding quote by email. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote (payment or written confirmation).
3. Customer data
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the files you submit. We check files for printability, not for third-party rights or fitness for purpose. We do not produce weapons, weapon parts or safety-relevant vehicle parts.
4. Prices and payment
Prices include statutory VAT, plus shipping. Payment before printing by PayPal, card or bank transfer. Business customers on account with 30-day terms from the second order.
5. Delivery
Lead times start with receipt of payment. Standard 3–5 working days until dispatch, express 24–48 hours. Pickup at the collection point by appointment.
6. Quality
Parts are produced by FDM. Visible layers, a textured underside and support marks on overhangs are inherent to the process and not a defect. Dimensional tolerance ±0.2 mm (PLA) or ±0.3 mm (other materials).
7. Warranty
In case of defects we reprint free of charge. Please report transport damage within 7 days with a photo. Statutory warranty rights apply to consumers.
8. Withdrawal
Parts are made to customer specification. The right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until printing starts. See the withdrawal notice.
9. File storage
We store your files for six months after delivery for reorders and delete them thereafter, earlier on request. They are not passed to third parties.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin.
