Packaging
Parts are packed in paper cushioning, no plastic. Thin or long parts get a cardboard splint. The tracking number arrives by email.

Photo of parcel and part within 7 days to us and we reprint free of charge. No return needed.

Order Monday, quote confirmed Monday, payment Tuesday, print finished Thursday, DHL Friday, delivered Monday. With express: delivered Thursday.
The clock starts
with receipt of payment, not with the request. PayPal and card are immediate, a bank transfer takes a day.
