2. Price calculator

The analysis of your STL or OBJ file (dimensions, volume) takes place entirely in your browser. The file is not transmitted to our servers at that point. Only when you request a quote do you send us the file, your email address and notes.

3. Requests and orders

We process name, email address, delivery and billing address, your files and the order data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoice data is retained for ten years under § 147 AO.

4. Storage of files

We store your model files on servers in Germany for six months after delivery so you can reorder, then delete them. On request we delete them right after delivery. We do not pass files to third parties or upload them to external platforms.

5. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses). On access, IP address, time, page requested and browser are stored in logs and deleted after 30 days (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Fonts

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. We will move the fonts to our own server; until then Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use no tracking cookies and no analytics services. The calculator remembers settings only while the page is open.

8. Payment providers

When paying by PayPal or card, the provider receives the data needed for the payment. Its privacy policy applies.

9. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Requests to hello@brandform.org.
