ASA – for everything that stays outside

ASA is ABS with UV protection. It stays outdoors for years without going brittle or losing colour, and it takes the heat inside a car. We print it in an enclosed chamber so it does not warp. Large flat parts over 150 mm we check for warping beforehand and may suggest splitting them.

Print settings

Standard 0.20 mm layers, 30 % infill, 0.4 mm nozzle. The calculator shows what finer layers or more infill cost.
