TPU 95A – flexible and tear-resistant
Flexible like a hard rubber. Seals, feet, cases, dampers, belts. Slow to print, hence more expensive.
TPU is for everything that should give: device feet, bump protection, seals, cases, living hinges, belts. 95A feels like a hard shoe sole. It prints slowly and dislikes very fine detail, but it does not tear and tolerates oil and weather. Very thin walls under 1.2 mm become unstable in print.

Print settings
Standard 0.20 mm layers, 30 % infill, 0.4 mm nozzle. The calculator shows what finer layers or more infill cost.
